The Majestic
Hotel General Information

Minimum
stays: Minimum stays apply during peak periods and
holidays. We have a two-night minimum stay on weekends,
and three nights on holiday weekends. However, we will accept
reservations for shorter periods based on availability.

Deposit:
A 30% deposit is required to secure all reservations. You may use
a credit card or check to pay your deposit. Your credit card will be
charged the day you make your reservation

Payment:
Payment of your balance is due upon check-in. We accept VISA, Master
Card, Discover, Diners Club, and American Express cards, Personal
checks or cash.

Cancellation:
We will gladly refund your money, less a $50.00 bookkeeping charge, if
you cancel your reservation
more than 15 days prior to your arrival.

Policies:
For the comfort and safety of our guests we are a non-smoking hotel and
have no facilities for pets.
Accommodations are not appropriate for children under ten years old.

Additional
Charges: Daily charges for more than two people in a
guest room are: $35 per person.

Check-in/out:
Check-in is between the hours of 3:00 and 9:00 PM. Special arrangements
for late check-ins can be made if we are contacted ahead of time.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM
